Tina and her staff are AMAZING! I have a Canadian customer that only pays by check. Other US Bank locations have refused to process the payments because they "don't know how". Tina does it every time. AND she remembers her customers. This location is 10/10!
This bank gives you old currency. I took cash off my gift card here. They gave me old and disheveled bills. My bank would not accept the currency. Really?? I feel that a bank should at least give out current model bills- not old ones
They have always taken care of us.
