I always have a very good experience when I visit US Bank, they are very nice, professional and I never have to wait...I'm very happy with my bank.
I ran into a glitch today, so I walked into the Veradale branch for help. This was my second visit on this issue because of the unusual circumstances. Fortunately for me, Lambertine was at work today. She listened carefully to me as I explained the unusual set of circumstances, asked clarifying questions, and got to work. It wasn't an easy task because of the circumstances, but she put herself "in my shoes" and tenaciously worked to resolve the issue.
