This branch burned to the ground April 30th. I got some junk mail yesterday, 21 May, about new loans programs. Still used the address for the building no longer there. Even this pinned maps location, doesn't show it as closed. We have another branch about a mile down the street but loved this one being closer. And like another mentioned, I noticed a huge decrease in customer service after the Covid closure. Like the fire was taken out of the employees.
This bank was on fire so is no longer a bank. One star.
Hahaha I went in here based on the fact that they had better reviews than most. Everything’s that gone wrong has. Not to mention all of the people and tellers are rude. I get they have a job to do as well… but I will be switching banks after being with them for over 20 years after this.
