Had an appointment for 9am to establish a business account. Never received a call prior to our appointment, to follow up on documents that were dropped off. It is currently 9:06am and doors were barely opened with several of us waiting outside. Very unprofessional.

If your Mexican you receive great service, Mgr and everyone besides guard all mex so they cater. Any other race needs texts to cash checks, accts to get any change etc. Horrible racism at this location avoid if possible I've visited several times since I live near it this location unfortunately, US bank should do better with diversity with mabagement and tellers to avoid the racist practices that arent acknowledgeged like most racism bc it's not being done to them!!! So they can't see it
Very poor service the teller did not want to do her job , which was just a simple cashing a check- she gave me a excuse of that she couldn't cash and she couldn't even give me the reason why - rude and unprofessional.. A teller is there to help you with anything the customer requests plain and simple if you don't like your job quit , if I can give no stars I will.
