ATM fee charged me twice for one transaction
Footnote, my mother went in the next day , whom is sick and barley mobile to find out she now had an overdraft fee. Her friend piped up and told them I had been in the day before and got it waived and not so much as an apology. Terrible place to bank!!!! Insulated, I have gone in and deposited money into my mother's account for years with no problem. I go in yesterday and the tall ,balding gentleman asks if I have all the account information. I said I have her debit card and that has been good enough for years mind you and he skuffs and continued counting money while I stood their. After a few minutes he asks did you get it yet , I said no this card has never been a problem before and he get all crabby and says whail I can't help you .
