Very bad experience. I cashed my check today. No problem there. When I went to get my change exchanged. The guy was rude and said I can't do that. I don't have enough help. And you have to much change Which I didn't. The people that could of helped were just standing around talking. Not doing nothing. I told you are a bank. Your supposed to help me. He made no comment. U.S Bank sucks. U.S Bank is the most greediest bank that I have ever dealt with & I regret having anything to do with them. Credit Unions, go with a Credit Union.
Been banking with US bank for more than 20 years. Great people.
