Cannot even get a oerson to answer the phone. Calked 1 800 #, absolutely zero help.

Very bad experience. I cashed my check today. No problem there. When I went to get my change exchanged. The guy was rude and said I can't do that. I don't have enough help. And you have to much change Which I didn't. The people that could of helped were just standing around talking. Not doing nothing. I told you are a bank. Your supposed to help me. He made no comment.
