The customer service is severely lacking. First in branch experience and I was honestly flabbergasted.I am that this is the level of customer service at US Bank. If I could give this bank 0 stars I would. I've been a caregiver to the sweetest man for 2 years. I am paid by check 2x a month the 1st and 15th. Im with him 6 days a week and work long hours. Long story short the customer service here is the worst. I have trouble everytime i go into cash my check and am treated like a criminal. I understand people take advantage of the elderly all the time but this is NOT the case. Its been a problem for the past 6 months and yesterday was the worst of it.
