I went in this afternoon to get some help on an account and was not greeted.only one person in the lobby. As I’ve worked in customer service for years, very disappointing. Was told repeatedly to call their 800 number. Allison was less than helpful in this whole situation whom I was referred to by Lynn. we have many options for banking, and this won’t be one of mine in the future! I would hope our little town would have better trained people to assist in our banking needs! These two need more training and I won’t be recommend... read more
Always have had friendly and efficient service. We maintain a business account. Depositing a check of couple days ago. Out of deposit slips in checkbook. My teller had a counter slip filled out while was still fumbling. And with a smile. Thanks!
The customer service is severely lacking. First in branch experience and I was honestly flabbergasted.I am that this is the level of customer service at US Bank. I was willing to write off the first experience of standing inside the Bank to deposit a check in to my account and being ignored completely by two different tellers as they chatted, answered phone calls and didn't even bother acknowledging my existence.
