By far the worst branch I’ve visited, how are you guys unable to exchange damage bill? Didn’t bother to scan the bill, teller looked at it talked to someone and said they can’t take but kept the bill.
Always sooo slow. No urgency. Mona doesn’t know what to do. Very bad every time. Will not go back
The bank is extremely stupid, with poor and rude service. They don’t even have $3,000 in cash to cover my check. Even closing the account to get rid of them takes more than a day. It's ridiculous.
Terrible bank. Closed for no reason at 11:44 am on a Friday.
The "free account" is not free and starts charging me a monthly fee. When I want to close my account at the branch, a nice staff at the window offer me to refund some monthly fees back and then need to keep my account open to get the refund.
