Us Bank always takes good care of us no matter which branch we visit. Very helpful staff and always welcoming. Professional and courteous, willing to go out of the way to meet our financial needs.

This has to be hands down the absolute worst banking experience I have ever had. Would not recommend other than to go elsewhere. Bad service and attitudes. Feel like conflicts of interest here and seeking legal recourse right now. Steer clear.
U.S. bank closed the Sedro Woolley location and after 20 years with them this branch in Mnt. Vernon is the reason we're leaving. Don't even bother with them. Customer service is a joke.
