This has to be hands down the absolute worst banking experience I have ever had. Would not recommend other than to go elsewhere. Bad service and attitudes. Feel like conflicts of interest here and seeking legal recourse right now. Steer clear.
U.S. bank closed the Sedro Woolley location and after 20 years with them this branch in Mnt. Vernon is the reason we're leaving. Don't even bother with them. Customer service is a joke.

Incompetence and unprofessionalism at every level. I will be transferring my accounts to another bank after years of disappointing experiences at US branches, this location especially. Their attempts to cover up their ineptitude on these reviews is pitiful, which is why I won’t bother explaining my situation. Customer beware.
