I have been banking US Bank for my business since I opened my practice in 2016. I have been impressed with the fantastic customer service from a variety of folks I have worked with over the years at US Bank. Recently I had an issue with a vendor charging me for a service that I did not approve of, and I ask Maged for help. I am closing all of my US Bank accounts because of my experiences here at this branch. I would NEVER recommend US Bank to anyone. Worst bank I've ever experienced. Come to US Bank if you would like them to take all your money, make up stupid reasons why they didn't have your address on file, and talk to their employees that is similar to talking to a wall.
You guys suck!!!!!!!!! Was doing wire transfer and the person help me has no idea how it works. Told me that they will call me tomorrow regarding the cinfermation Number but didn’t until I missed one of my payment what a bank and how the costumer get fully satisfy. Is there any one to read my bullshid and bring some good trained staff to help costumer and not wasting people s time. I will soon move to a new bank. Thanks
Ian helped me get 2 years worth of old check images. I should have been making copies but I thought I could download them. Ian gets 5 stars, despite hiccups, he kept getting back to me and keeping me updated. It's really stupid I can't download them myself, but not his or the branches fault.
