It’s more of an old lollipop store than bank. Every person in the branch will direct you to call 1800usbank for financial services and the representatives on the phone are at least ten minutes of irrelevant robo-menu selection prompts away and equally unhelpful because the answer to your question always exists one department away from the one you’ve reached and conveniently there is no way to contact that department by phone. These guys freaking rule. I've been in person at this branch a couple times for various reasons over the years, and every single time it's been a wonderful experience interacting with the individuals working here. Always very quick too!
