Branch manager Kira needs to fix her attitude and i definitely filed a complaint with customer service per her suggestion. This location needs to diversify their employees. I felt nothing but discrimination in that office from all the employees like I wasn't welcomed. I won't be going in here again until they get better employees who actually are there to work and not sit gossiping at their desks and manager too busy on the internet to resolve issues.
