Today I visited this branch and had the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my more than 10 years as a U.S. Bank customer. I was greeted at the teller window by the branch manager, Jay Santos, whose attitude was rude and dismissive from the start. Before helping me, he appeared visibly annoyed with another customer who had asked for quarters but wasn't a U.S. Bank customer.
