I just went for a simple withdrawal but the teller, Cindy, was so fabulous. I was having a rough day but her kindness and just basic human conversation was so refreshing. You don’t get a lot of that these days. I don’t usually come to this bank but will definitely come back!

I don't bank at US Bank, but, my mother recently passed away. I attempted twice to close her account in Burien, and got ZERO help. My wife and I decided to try this location. We worked with Ian Abraham, and he took care of my needs in under an hour!! HUGE THANK YOU to Ian Abraham!!!! I don't know what the problem was in Burien, but they have NO CLUE what they're doing.....
