Never had an issue over the last five years. The staff is always friendly and super helpful

I have been visiting this branch since last few months and never had any issue. This morning (06-06-2025) around 10:15am and two ladies at bank were super friendly. I wanted to open a checking account and needed information about secured card to build my credit. She explained me each and everything, and also explained to me how to build up my credit fast. Staff overhead is friendly and cooperative
Came in to do a deposit and the lady that worked that time around 2 pm She refused to do my deposit saying that it is busy and she has long line and my deposit will take a long time and she let me wait till she finished all clients behind me and she was argue with me to go to a different branch , It is ridiculous that I had to wait for more than 30 mins to make my deposits and let me wait for others to finish
