Anneline (hope I spelled her name right) was extremely courteous and helpful with my transactions. I had only been to the Casper Branch once, and she helped me with a few transactions then 7 months ago. But she remembered me in my recent Branch visit. I would be pleased for her to help me with future transactions at the bank.
Try covering your mouth when you cough. Guy there coughing whike dealing with customers. You're an adult, not a toddler.
Kate is phenomenal, she handled an unnecessarily disgruntled customer with ease and a smile on her face. I adore her confidence and her compassion. Her professionalism is unmatched and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
