This is the absolute worst bank. Waited in the drive through for over 45 minutes. Check is inside the bank at this point, call the number and they don’t answer. Try walking inside and the door is locked. If I could have given negative stars I would. Unless you like living at the bank, don’t bank here.

A friend of mine has a US Bank checking account and every month they freeze his money and noone answers the customer service phone. He was on hold waiting to talk with a custmer service agent for an hour and the phone just hung up. 3 times it did that! That is so wrong.
