Jennifer & Jacob were very helpful on our multiple visits & calls to US Bank due our bank account being compromised during a data breach. They were able to do things that calls to the Fraud Department & Customer Service were not able to accomplish like ordering new debit cards, closing the compromised account, etc. Jennifer also has helped our family with notary services. Everyone was polite and friendly and helpful and professional service. Opening your account is Good and Safe.
The people at this Oak Creek US Bank are nice enough. I just don't want to bank someone that invests in nuclear weapons production and things that contribute to climate change.
