Have banked with US Bank for decades, and this Branch for over two years. Several out-of-the-ordinary transactions, and everyone's always been helpful, knowledgeable, with terrific advice and timely service.
Bad customer services , they want go home early. Don’t expect good service on Friday afternoon.
This branch needs a lesson in etiquette and personal communication skills. I have banked there for over 25 years & I have received terrible service. I miss the staff at the downtown US Bank-we were treated very courageously.
Had a rude teller that was refusing to deposit a tax refund check, by the name of James Jones. Had to call the manager for approval on something that is routine. Added 15 minutes to our quick bank trip. Some people love to power trip.
This review is for Christine at the santa rosa branch. If it weren't for her knowing exactly what the problem was with my card not working, I would be pulling my hair out. Thank you christine!! It's working!!!
