Had a rude teller that was refusing to deposit a tax refund check, by the name of James Jones. Had to call the manager for approval on something that is routine. Added 15 minutes to our quick bank trip. Some people love to power trip.

I opened an account with all the correct documents. I was told e erything was in order.when I tried to use my ard it wouldn't work. They said I had to have my address verified, even though they sent my card and letters to me. I went back to the bank I bought documents from ssi and they said that would work. Two days later the back office said those papers would not work,after they told me it was unblocked the same morning now I have to wait 30 days for them to shut the account down and another 10 days to get a cashier check.... read more
