I went in yesterday to do a money transfer, only person in there. All employees were working on either computors, or cell phones. A young person asked if he could help me, and I explained the reason for my visit. His accent was hard for me to understand, but basically told me I had to have the institution I was transfering to handle the transaction. No offer to help! Doing a good deal of business at this bank. They refused to cash my small CASHIER'S check from another bank. There have been multiple other issues and this is the end of our professional relationship unfortunately. I can't take it anymore. By the looks of it, and the reviews from others, I don't think they really care.
Have banked with US Bank for decades, and this Branch for over two years. Several out-of-the-ordinary transactions, and everyone's always been helpful, knowledgeable, with terrific advice and timely service.
Bad customer services , they want go home early. Don’t expect good service on Friday afternoon.
This branch needs a lesson in etiquette and personal communication skills. I have banked there for over 25 years & I have received terrible service. I miss the staff at the downtown US Bank-we were treated very courageously.
