I called this branch for service on my account earlier in the week and was quickly and politely assisted with completion of my request above and beyond the normal service. 3 days later I stopped in to meet in person and thank Destiny. I don't understand the negative reviews. In the years I've done business at this branch only once was an employee snippy with me, and that was dealt with the same day. I realize that we all an have bad days from time to time.
Best US Bank branch in St.Louis! I go here often and I'm always met with smiling, friendly people ready to help with all of my banking needs.
Ever since new manger came. They are great. The team is so nice and helpful. I go there alot.

1 star is for the one employee who cared to help me. The others do not care about you - more concerned with other tasks than to help a customer. There is a reason why this branch of US Bank has atrocious reviews and ratings.
