Went up there the other day to withdraw a large amount of money…thinking she gave me the right amount I didn’t check until today come to realize I’m missing 1000 dollars so I will be calling up there
Literally the worst US Bank I have ever been in. I have never seen such lazy incompetent employees. They will sit there and continue about behind the counter and do not even offer to help. You will sit there and wait for 10 minutes For no reason.
Please just go to any other branch. This one is such a joke.

I called this branch for service on my account earlier in the week and was quickly and politely assisted with completion of my request above and beyond the normal service. 3 days later I stopped in to meet in person and thank Destiny. I don't understand the negative reviews. In the years I've done business at this branch only once was an employee snippy with me, and that was dealt with the same day. I realize that we all an have bad days from time to time.
