BEST STAFF EVER! My work does business with US Bank, so I am here every day. Seeing how friendly everyone makes it seem like you're seeing your friends. Everyone is so kind and personable, they even remember my birthday, crazy! Courtney, the branch manager, is amazing and really goes above and beyond to help her customers! The servers with customer is very bad they are not good people they are don’t respect customer.
two years ago I would have given US Bank a ZERO star, I was very frustrated with this corporation (honestly, some self inflicted problems with my account, but other times it was not). I was forced to go up to this location in person to resolve an account problem. I went in frustrated, and some how left with a smile.
