I just wanted to make sure it is known how alazing this Bank is.. and it is 100% Because of the staff at this location. I have banked with US Bank for years with my business. New Manager is awesome
Declined my debit card because of a debit card limit. I asked for an override and was treated like a criminal. Someone said to call 1-800-USBank. This is not a complete phone number. I found the number and asked for a manager. Connected me to Battle Ground and there is no manager there. I'm a known customer, why don't they want to help?
