New Manager is awesome
Declined my debit card because of a debit card limit. I asked for an override and was treated like a criminal. Someone said to call 1-800-USBank. This is not a complete phone number. I found the number and asked for a manager. Connected me to Battle Ground and there is no manager there. I'm a known customer, why don't they want to help?
Positive and helpful employees
Disappointed with the service. Brought in a small, pre-counted batch of coins and was met with unhelpful, dismissive staff. Despite there being no line, they refused to assist or take the time to count—something every other bank I’ve been to handles without issue. It’s frustrating when basic customer service is treated like a burden.
