Quick and efficient!
Stopped by this branch because it’s right next to where I work and I just needed a roll of quarters for a $10 bill. It was raining and I thought it would be a quick, simple exchange. Instead, they refused and said I needed to have an account with them. Apparently customer service only applies if you’re already a customer. Meanwhile, Chase Bank a block away happily exchanged the money with no issue and told me they usually do it for anyone if it’s under $100. They were friendly and accommodating.
