I have been with this bank for several years, and I am wondering why.. my credit is 820 and I pay all my bills, but had to go to an external source for a loan because the loan people within the bank couldn’t get their job done. Ran my credit and never followed through. There services are sub par and no interest on checking or savings, so again, why would anyone use this bank? What is the incentive? 0
