Love my West Seattle branch!
I can't remember the last time I came to this branch with anything more complicated than using the atm and left satisfied. If you are reading this, do not bank with U.S. Bank, save yourself a headache. Somewhat of a shame to see what has become of this branch if you remember how nice it used to be.
Drive thru was quick and easy
Great service thru the drive thru😅
I use to enjoy coming to the branch, but now the customer service is sub par and they seem to have a hard time counting change for deposits through the drive thru? I will not be using this branch anymore.
