I was having problems changing my user name and password on my mobile app. I came in and realized one of the tellers had left one digit off my account number when she wrote it down for. I tried getting help by phone to no avail. Finally, exasperated, I went to Andrew Boden's window and he immediately assured me he would take care of everything. And he did! I Find it extremely hard to believe that I cannot obtain a replacement debit card at the us bank in Gig Harbor. However I can get one sitting on the couch at my house without any inquisition and feeling like a hardened criminal through calling the 800 number. I spent 15 minutes in the line, but left feeling like I did something wrong. Thank you for the 800 number getting it done over the phone since the brick and motor couldn't.
