I went to US Bank in Gig Harbor to withdraw some money. In just a few minutes time I was gone with my intended amount of money. Can't beat the service, courtesy of teller, and efficiency of the system.
Port Orchard branch has been closed on Saturdays. Now Gig Harbor too? Not great news.
US Bank has been taking $24.95 per month out of my checking account (unauthorized withdrawal). When confronted they returned 3 months. When I asked them to return all of these unauthorized charges they refused and said it is not possible. I know that it is possible; I just need to talk to the right person, perhaps Mr. Andrew Cecere can help. I would never have done business with them had I known about this outrageous service charge when I opened the account. At this point I would give them less than 1 star if I could.
