Really liked the people that helped me!
BAIT AND SWITCH!!! I was told if I get their credit card that my checking account would be free. Turns out there is a monthly fee, time to find another bank. Liars!!! BAIT and switch!! As for your corporate response, I DON'T CARE!!! I'm tired of being told one thing, then not getting what I was promised and having to fight to get what I'm supposed to have. I'M DONE! YOU'VE LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!! If possible you should take this as a learning experience.
