Incompetent and no knowledge about opening an account, the person pretending to be calling on the phone to find out how to open a new account, very rude and no greeting manners
BEWARE!! This bank is a fraud! I opened a account at this branch for the opening bonus and they promised me once I complete the requirements I will get $500 in 2 weeks. I met all the requirements and I still did not get the bonus. It’s been 6 MONTHS!! I and my husband followed up several times with everyone at the branch and also online.
