Don't go to this branch especially having Jolene assist you with any Fraud activity to dispute! All you will get from her is her 'lecturing ' you about how you should be using a credit card instead & I educated ger telling her Fraud is everywhere & after me walking out very upset, I contacted another branch where I opened my account & 1st thing that was done was freeze my debit card & she immediately sent me a new debit card that Jolene Nguyen didn't do. Waiting in line 20 minutes to pull out $5. Nobody was there super long wait at this branch. Bad customer service.
I no longer work with this US Bank due to a banker at this branch. I think his name was Ephraim. He accused me of missing an appt I never made. I caught him in a flat-out lie and still, he would not acknowledge his wrong-doing. On a subsequent visit while closing my business with the branch, I observed him gaslighting another customer who was trying to open a safe deposit box.
