Waiting in line 20 minutes to pull out $5. Nobody was there super long wait at this branch. Bad customer service.
I no longer work with this US Bank due to a banker at this branch. I think his name was Ephraim. He accused me of missing an appt I never made. I caught him in a flat-out lie and still, he would not acknowledge his wrong-doing. On a subsequent visit while closing my business with the branch, I observed him gaslighting another customer who was trying to open a safe deposit box. I just rushed here to get there before they closed at one o'clock. I went to the first door near the parking lot and it was already locked. By the time I went around to the second door where there was an attendant only letting people out, they wouldn't let me come in just to do a simple deposit. I don't see what would hurt them to accommodate a customer that's been banking at this place for over forty years (including the time when it was downy savings).
