STAFF BEHAVIOUR IS VERY GOOD WITH CUSTOMER
Went there to get a relative who will be in charge of our estate on our account and to open an "emergency" account. Couldn't have asked for a better representative who truly knew and understood the "strange" banking industry. VERY helpful - as were all the representatives at this bank. (yeah!!)
I can not stress about how much I recommend that you bank anywhere but here. Sally the manager is dishonest and unprofessional and she has completely failed me as a customer which resulted in significant finacial loses. My family has been customers here for over 30 years and not once have we ever disputed a charge, until recently and Sally treated us as if we were fraudulent in our request for a dispute that absolutely l was egitimate.
