In my opion, the Manager Jeol was very rude, and looks down on his customers. He doesn't seem like he knows what he is doing or acts that way so customers get frustrated and leave. Has given the impression while I was there that you're JUST a number in line and another will replace you. If I could give him lower than 1 star then I would. US bank was always friendly and helpful till he started working there. I'm looking for another bank to do business with all because of him.
There are bank tellers and then are BANK TELLERS in capital letters. It's rare to develope an affinity for banking employees and to be please with the procedure and regulations banks impose. It's also unusual to be treated with as much respect as a high end large deposits and equities client is treated. Especially when you are a lowly blue collar barely making ends meet client. Incredibly slow service. Waiting in a long line for a long time. Only 1 teller. One lady sitting at her desk looking at her phone.
