Incredibly slow service. Waiting in a long line for a long time. Only 1 teller. One lady sitting at her desk looking at her phone.
I called ahead for specific instructions on how to deposit coins. After following those instructions, I arrived at the location, only to be told rudely that I had done it incorrectly. The employee's behavior made me feel uncomfortable. This could have been easily avoided especially since I called just before to get specific instructions.
