BE CAREFUL AND ASK ABOUT THE FINE PRINT IN FULL DEATIL because a respresentive by the name Aspen PURPOSEFULLY withheld that information until our account was closed by their "back office" as Aspen and Reberta have said. We were told by Reberta to wait 10 business days for the check regarding our refund of our account that THEY closed. Still no check. They said 7 to 10 business days we will get our check of our refund for them closing our account without notice. Was given US Bank's 1 800 number from Aspen, but the customer service representative referred us back to the branch for them to handle it. Now we got to wait for them to call their back office to verify that the check has not been cashed. It could take another 30 days for us to get our $25 that we opened the account with if they have to stop payment on a check we have not received. Thats another 30 days ON TOP of ... read more

After visiting this place for myself.....I am no longer confident in doing business with them. I run a business and was interested in setting up an account through this branch. After speaking with Aspen, whom has a bizarre rude chip on her shoulder, I believe it's best that I move on to another bank of less rude associates. Thank you for your time in any case.

Love this branch, staff are very friendly and very helpful. I went in to send a wire transfer to pay a bill in a foreign country, they were worried that the receiving bank was a fake bank and checked it all for me and gave me lots of advice, very thankful.
