Horrible customer service when i was attempting to open an account. First there was no workers available to help me and i was told to wait over an hour for somebody to come to work, so I went to the esplanade location and they had only one worker who was not friendly and didn’t accept any of my documents to verify my address although i had a paycheck, statement from my previous bank and an id with the same address. You lost a potential client and i will never go to a us bank after my experience.
