RecommendedI enjoy doing business with US Bank but am ready to switch. Their online check deposit never works, you go thru all the work prepping the checks and take the pictures then they tell you it’s currently not working which is 90% of the time. Really frustrating and has me just about ready to switch banks so don’t recommend US Bank if you want to do online check deposits.
Was told by both drive thru staff and the Branch Manager that they charge a $7 fee as a penalty for those that don’t do business with them. When I asked for the policy and reasoning in writing I was provided a 69 page booklet. The Manager was nice. It’s just big business policies. I prefer local credit unions for this reason.
