So I visit this US bank to take money off my card. The ATM machine takes my card literally for no reason at all so I have to wait until Monday to talk to someone to get it back. I call Monday and whoever I spoke with, told me I could come in Sat to pick up my card with my ID since my work hours are the same as their open business hours.
