Courteous and immediate service, with a friendly manner.
After having left another bank because of their wretched and haughty customer service, it’s been a delight to do business here with this US Bank location. They have been so courteous and friendly every time I’ve gone in, despite having to work under strict Covid-related guidelines. Every staff person there knows the entire banking process, so there’s no waiting to deal with “the right person.” Everyone is friendly and above all, knowledgeable, and US Bank goes overboard in trying to help and please their customers. Just horrible people !!! Clean place but horrible service
I do not recommend U.S. Bank. They honestly do not care about their customers and the COVID situation. CHASE and BofA are the Banks that do.
We have had nothing but positive services and experiences with this bank. We have several different accounts. When we first opened the accounts, the manager was very helpful in assisting us in selecting the ones that best fit our need. We visit the bank monthly and find the tellers and managers always friendly and helpful. They act like they are glad to see you and that you are not just a number coming thru the door, but you are a valued customer. I bank at another bank in Pasadena and that is not the case.
