As the treasurer for a student org, I constantly need to stop at U.S. Bank, and the staff are always so kind and helpful. Some things I've done here have included taking people off the account, adding people to the account, deposits/withdrawals, and requesting cards/cancelling cards. Every single time, no matter how complicated the request is, the staff does everything they can to address the issue. As of early 2026, the staff is incredible and deserves a shoutout. They're fun to talk to and work with.

Hidden in an area you can't drive into to access. Not a real bank location only for students.

For more context about my poor customer service experience, the issue was subscriptions going through on a locked card and causing overdrafts. I understand this is policy, so I switched to a new bank that does not have this issue. Whenever a charge goes through, including subscriptions, if it is more than the balance, it declines (SoFi bank).
