Froze my account with no warning, said it was fraud and security, but after I filed a complaint with ChexSystems, it was magically fixed. I went without being able to access my money for days. Closed my account that following Monday. If you don't believe me, Google the scams U.S. Bank is doing to thousands of people.
This is the only branch left this side of Ironton, only 1 teller open, 4 peeps in line when I got there, 5 in line when I left.
The people at this branch were incredibly kind and helpful. We had an account issue that took a couple hours to resolve, and they were with us all the way to make sure every question was answered and every issue was resolved. My wife and I can't thank you all enough!!!
Very disappointed my vehicle loan on my truck vehicle has come to an end…. They are now charging $400 more on my last payment than my typical monthly payment of $751 dollars. During the middle of my loan they also changed my bi-monthly payment to a monthly payment so they could make more interest money. I will never do business with US Banks again.
