Been in here twice. Had to wait forever. Only one teller open with 4 people in line. But 3 other women behind the counter talking. Same thing happened last time. Multiple people behind teller counter, only one of them working. With a line of people waiting. No acknowledgement that people were waiting. And they are just back there yapping away. While a brand new teller is asking for all information from each person that approaches her… tedious. Finally just walked out. Got tired of waiting.
Horribly unhelpful. Always locking account due to suspicious activity. I have to now wait over 7 days to get my paycheck that was deposited last week. I am now late on my mortgage and car payment due to this bank. Don’t waste your time here. Just go literally anywhere else. Called person after person and told them my child is on their last few diapers and I’m not going to have a way to work due to not being able to pay for gas because my account is on hold.
