The hours are terrible now. We moved our business account to chase bank because apparently they care about being open for customers. You might as well just close this bank because it’s useless for businesses or people who actually work for a living unlike the useless employees you have.
I was told today that there are no mortgage representatives at this branch.
Your banking hours are not for the working people. 9-4 , and I get to the bank at 3:59 there is a car in the drive thru I Pull in behind it. when they finish it is 4:03 and the Lady tells me she can not help me. I was making a DEPOSIT. There are no Late hours on Fridays like most banks and you are closed on Saturday . So how is a working person supposed to get to the bank when they need to with out taking time off from their job. I will be going to another bank because this is ridiculous . Please take this Bank off your Google search for 35 minutes to find out no Bank. Had to ask save a lot and they said they've had several of people asking about this place. This is the worst bank ever especially for unemployment.
