Terrible service! Incompetent banker cashed my CD in one day early and I was charged over $400 in penalties. Not acceptable and no correction of the mistake was offered.

I've done most of my banking online until recently, but I had to come in to change my name yesterday. The receptionist and teller both were extremely friendly and helpful, and I was done within 20 minutes with little to no wait time. Erika in particular was very friendly and informative, and while I was there she helped me upgrade my savings account for a better interest rate. Highly recommend this branch!
