The personal banker I spoke to referred to me as “Hon” three times in a 2 minute phone conversation. We then met at the bank to close my late mother’s checking account. As she handed back my mother’s death certificate she said, “There you go, girlie.” I asked her if she really just called 68 year old me, girlie. She giggled and explained that she did as she was just a country bumpkin. No expression of sympathy at my loss nor appreciation of my mother’s decades of bank patronage. I guess I am from another era.
The staff for the last couple years have been awesome. I'm moving from the area soon and will miss the friendly service and framiliar faces. I would reccomend this location for in-person services and to explore more of your financial options.
Terrible service! Incompetent banker cashed my CD in one day early and I was charged over $400 in penalties. Not acceptable and no correction of the mistake was offered.
