We all knew US Bank was bad when they closed operations during corona. It has only gotten worse since then. Of the 4 people who work in this building not a single one can answer questions about loans or checking accounts. All issues are directed to the website, online chat, or 1800 number. One of the best bank branches I have used. I went in to open a checking account and Client Consultant Bryon Bearden was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and just a all-around nice guy. I am sure I will have a long and positive relationship banking with this branch.
