Being from New York I have always been a long time Chase bank user. I needed a change after I moved to Utah and saw many US bank branches. I visited this location in Hurricane to start my account and was given such amazing service. Andrea helped make me a checking and saving account super quickly. She even got me qualified for a credit card that was way better than my current Chase card. Would strongly recommend this branch for any US banking needs.

To following up on a previous review, when I called and asked why they didn't have time to open a checking account, for a minor attached account as we are already banking there, I was told that if we had just made an appointment they could have maybe gotten us taken care of. I was not aware that appointments were required to use the services at this bank. They always take time to ask if I would like to get a loan for some promotion they have.
