Friendly faces, very nice bank.
I will never recommend anyone to open up account with US Bank. My daughter had a check that was deposit in her account didn't know it was fake when it was deposit you would think they handled the situation but they saying it's her fault so they calling my phone and her phone for a mistake they made on their end US Bank sucks bad do better making sure your customers is in good hands with their money.
I went to this bank this morning trying to open up an account. For my newly born daughter. They are very rude. Refuse to help me had to go somewhere else. I would suggest not to go to this location?. Have had issues at this location before.
They take awesome care and make sure your money stays your money 💰
