US Closed my bank , had to change safety deposit box location .had appoinment ,had to wait by the dentist sign. At the bank.. teller took our stuff then she loudly ask what husband mothers maidin name, from behind counter across the big lobby..we were behind glass..then we waited and had to walk down several spiro steps to the box area...I did see Clorox wipes and hand sanitizer..inside where no one was at. Went to pay rent this morning for my husband business and my card kept getting declined. I checked the app to make sure I had the money and I did so I called the bank to be told I had $1,000 spending limit for the day. So I asked to speak to a manager who could help me to be told nope because my card isn’t 90 days and a year for my account I would need to drive 1.5 hours to a branch to have my limit raised. I won’t stop here due to the drive thru teller.
I came to this bank once only since I was around the area, the lines went by fast and the young lady at the cashier was friendly and really helpful and I was done with my deposit quickly
The staff at the drive through is helpful and friendly
