Gave me false information regarding my atm debit card sent to the branch for pick up then the employees treated me very rude during a phone call because "she had 4 other customers waiting in front of her" maybe politely put me on hold? I was hung up on multiple times. She told me my security questions I answered was incorrecct and I was unable to speak to a manager because she was very busy.. again maybe politely put me on hold? I am from out of town and wanted to schedule a specific transaction on Saturday. I contacted the Brookpark/Broadview branch where everyone went out of their way to try and help me out. I had folks calling me back with specific information. WAY above and beyond. I agree, these folks are the best!
