This was my first time at U.S bank and my dad had opened a minor savings account for me. When he did he wasn’t aware that when I turned 18 it would take me to close it out. It took over an hour, to close the account. Something so simple that should have taken 10 minutes took an hour. The lady was so sweet and apologized. It’s not her fault the process took so long. It’s most definitely corporates fault to make it so complicated to close an account.
I don't know about the rest of the employees but the client relationship consultants are awesome
