Vanessa Rice was very unhelpful and uninformative when she told me I could not cash a check that was written by a us bank customer to another us bank customer (myself) due to reasons she can't explain.
What a lovely branch! The manager (I call her “ 5 Star”) and tellers are all very helpful and personable! Even the police officer was great. I highly recommend this branch for all of your banking needs.
Everything is as it should be.
