I opened a checking account there and Joseph Jung took care of me. Let me tell you I am 60 years old and have opened accounts at different banks . Joseph is the most professional, patient, most efficient at his job while the most helpful in every way possible. Heeven
One of the best banking experiences and appreciate the efforts the staff put during these challenging times of COVID-19. Very comfortable and polite experience as compared to various international banks I visited in different countries. I recommend the Bank strongly.
Came in here for a simple check deposit. Left with my accounts frozen because of a teller error. Took numerous phone calls (mostly unanswered) and 4 days to correct. Still dealing with recurring surcharges 5 months later. Go elsewhere! The US Bank down the road has been 10x's more helpful in dealing with this situation
