Debit card stuck in ATM machine. Worst customer service ever. Did not offer any assistance, did not offer to make any calls to retrieve card. How is someone supposed to buy gas or groceries of their card gets stuck. The tellers should have a phone number to get in touch with whomever can help, it was close to closing time and they didn't want to take the time. Very disappointing.

I'm really upset because I pay most of my bills with checks and I have found it impossible to order checks with US Bank. I opened my account 2 months ago and I still have no checks. I have had to pay $2 per check and go into the branch repeatedly just to have checks, which I can't afford and don't have extra time for. I went on the app and tried to order checks (which cost a ridiculous amount btw) a few days after opening my account. It kept ending with an error screen. I love this branch! They are very friendly and helpful. We've lost too many and I am always happy to see this one is still open!! Love their tellers!!
