I don't go into this branch very often, but when I do, there is always a long line and only 1 or 2 tellers at the window. Also I've noticed a new thing, the tellers spend more time trying to sell me a product or service than doing the actual transaction I'm there for. For example, open a new credit card, get a home loan, switch my checking or savings, borrow money at a percentage rate, open a CD.......etc. The branch should spend more time putting tellers at the windows helping customers and stop pushing to sell products. In visiting with US Bank I have a very rewarding experience. Everyone was so polite and help. Time in waiting was hardly none. I had the best help in what I had to accomplish, With Bianca Alvarado. Thanks to her everything went smoothly. I have been banking with US Bank for over 10 years. The Best!
I went the bank to get help with a issue I had and Lorena the manager really help and is still going to help me there very helpful very good customer service there all very friendly I really recommend this branch there the best
