Constantly discriminated against. We have banked here for years and it takes 20 minutes at this branch every time to cash a simple check. Every time they say they have to up date I D. They made us get an original marriage certificate because my name was different friends m my husband.
I just want to personally give Roxy a shout out for being so kind and patient showing me new things that US Bank has to offer I was having such a bad week my account had been hacked into and she helped me through that whole ordeal got my money refunded in a timely manner and everything's back on track thanks to her you rock keep up the good work
