I guess I wouldn't condemn the Bank but perhaps the workers. There was one teller helping me. It seems she didn't want to, telling me to use the ATM. Well she was helping me there was an elderly lady in line behind me doing her best to be patient. There were 5 coworkers standing at an office door laughing and visiting. They looked at her but chose to ignore her, looking down their nose at her.
