As a customer of US Bank, I was very disappointed during my visit to this particular location. you guys are trash for not having a bathroom for your customers.
I walked in to.the downtown Sioux City branch with a check written on their bank and in order to cash it they charged me $10. SMH can someone please.explain the thinking behind this ??? Absolutely insane.
They didn't even have enough staff to help answer my question and/or deposit a check for me?
I would give zero stars if I could. My husband banked with this company at the Cedar Rapids branch successfully for years. We moved to Le Mars and no longer had a US Bank nearby so he closed his account at the Pierce Road facility in Sioux City. They successfully closed his account. A few months later he gets a bill from COLLECTIONS for $100 regarding a $14 fee he owed and then charged late fees on it. He called the 800 number and was told he had to go to the branch.
