I would give zero stars if I could. My husband banked with this company at the Cedar Rapids branch successfully for years. We moved to Le Mars and no longer had a US Bank nearby so he closed his account at the Pierce Road facility in Sioux City. They successfully closed his account. A few months later he gets a bill from COLLECTIONS for $100 regarding a $14 fee he owed and then charged late fees on it. He called the 800 number and was told he had to go to the branch. This banks hours are horrible if you ever need anything. Also the ATM is locked away at night now so you can't get cash out when they are not open. I also asked them to close two debit cards that were stolen and they just ordered two new ones and didn't close the old ones. So I got a bunch of fraud charges they wouldn't dispute.
