This location was unhelpful and lacked customer service skills.
Over 6 years of great service.
Opens late and failed to meet a single one of my needs because it’s inconvenient for them
As a customer of US Bank, I was very disappointed during my visit to this particular location. you guys are trash for not having a bathroom for your customers.
I walked in to.the downtown Sioux City branch with a check written on their bank and in order to cash it they charged me $10. SMH can someone please.explain the thinking behind this ??? Absolutely insane.
