Karen B. was wonderful! I really appreciated Karen and her team going out of her way to help my family with a banking issue. We had some logistical challenges with sending/depositing a check. She suggested helpful solutions, and truly went out of her way to personally oversee that the transaction was done. We cannot thank Karen and USBank enough! Great bank with personalized service.
