I had a great experience at US bank Karen was incredibly friendly and professional — she went above and beyond to help me with my account and answered all my questions with patience and care. She was so patient and very helpful, going beyond my expectations. I had an experience at another branch where they only gave me the phone number, but she took care of everything. This is a true neighborhood branch where the branch staff check in on customers and ask how their family is! I saw this personally and one banker in particular, Destiny, helped me and my daughter. Though she was busy and taking care of drive thru customers as well as those at the window took time to check on us. I will definitely come back here!!!
