The store manager “David” at this location doesn’t allow the bankers to fill out the slips at this location. Poor service compared to the Pleasant grove location which is 10/10 best US Bank employees.
I've been a customer of US Bank for over 18 years, and have never received the level of professional service I have until I met Rachel Todd. Ms. Todd proactively reached out to me and revised my deposit accounts to earn me a higher interest rate. I appreciate her attitude and her pleasant and professional demeanor. I would do business with Rachel again.
